As trekkers and group of friends, we were thrilled with the friendly and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect with a pub right next door. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and had something for everyone, including our hungry teenagers. The clean and comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep before our next adventure. The hotel's free shuttle to and from the airport was a great bonus for us.

We had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for our city trip, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. the prompt shuttle service was a huge convenience, getting us to and from the airport quickly. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, providing adaptors and even arranging a special drop-off to a nearby drugstore.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of downsides. One of the rooms had a dirty bathroom, which was disappointing.

All was fairly clean, I loved SECOND TO NONE location and staff. Location: the hotel was very close to the airport and DC and Baltimore and a restaurant. Shuttle was a nice touch.

Return shuttle needs a better system.

As backpackers, we really appreciated the helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us. They provided adaptors and even arranged for the shuttle driver to drop us off at a drugstore for cold medicine. The airport shuttle was also very convenient.

Modern and clean, the room had ample space for our 1-year-old to play and walk around. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices, constantly restocked, and attended to. The pool was an enjoyable size, and the kids had a blast.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, as it is very close to the mall, which made shopping convenient and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, with Jackie, the manager, going out of her way to ensure I was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, whether you choose a room with a king bed or 2 beds. The breakfast offered was delicious, especially the waffles with the BW symbol. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant.

During our stay, we found the location to be perfect for our needs. There was a restaurant across the street, which turned out to be more of a noisy bar, but the food was decent. The hotel was in a convenient area, close to the Cruise terminal and even to the Meriweather Pavilion, where we attended the M3 festival in Columbia. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast and the pool facilities.

Our only issue was some noise from other guests, which affected our sleep.

I stayed at Best Western for one night on a stopover before heading to Ocean City. The breakfast had a nice little selection and the staff was helpful. The location was decent, about 20 minutes to Baltimore and 35 minutes to DC. The property and rooms were clean and well maintained. The room service cost looked extremely reasonable. I appreciated the homie feel of the place.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
